Callidus Design has been appointed by Davis Langdon to assist with the production of Condition Reports for a large number of primary and secondary schools across the Moray region. Callidus Design will focus on the mechanical and electrical service elements of each school, with Davis Langdon personnel simultaneously examining the building internal and external fabric. All survey information shall be published within a database designed and produced by Moray Council specifically to allow the ordered collation and prioritisation of future spending across the region’s schools. Both Callidus Design and Davis Langdon have been tasked with allocating budget costs and an order of priority to all items identified within the survey database which require attention. The school surveys have been limited to the 2009 school summer holiday period in order to avoid disruption to pupils during term time.
