International Fire Investigation, Frost Damage / Water Release

Callidus Design Limited has been appointed by International Fire Investigators and Consultants Limited (IFIC) to act as an expert witness in relation to the occurrence of frost and subsequent flood damage which occurred within a newly constructed wing at a State Hospital following a period of freezing weather conditions. The appointment requires that Callidus Design provide expert opinion on the installation and specification of the HVAC installations for the new wing and then subsequently produce a detailed report on the findings.
