Callidus Design has been appointed by Premier Property Group to design the mechanical and electrical services associated with the refurbishment of the second and third floors at Moray House, Inverness. The design requires careful planning to account for the remaining floors being occupied and operational during the refurbishment works and for the lack of storage / lay down space available to the contractor.
